* Use this form to request waiver of interest or charges, or reinstatement of discount

Do not use this form if you are requesting a payment plan. 

This form allows lot owners in financial difficulty to apply to your owners corporation to receive special consideration for the waiver of interest or charges, or the reinstatement of a discount.

The owners corporation will review your application along with the financial needs of your owners corporation.

Please note:

a. Your Local Strata does not make decisions about contributions, including setting contributions, discounts, collection or financial hardship. Those decisions can only be made by the owners corporation or the strata committee.

b. Levy contributions from lot owners are essential for your strata scheme to function and comply with the law. While special consideration can be given for waiver of interest, certain charges or reinstatement of discounts. the strata committee is not authorised to waive contributions entirely, for a particular lot or period.

c. The information you submit in this form (including your personal financial information) will be provided to the strata committee and will form part of the owners corporation records.

d. If the information in the form is incomplete, the committee may be unable to consider your request.
