Search fees are $60 (incl GST) for non-owners for the first hour, plus $30 for each additional half-hour (or part thereof). 

For owners, mortgagees and their authorised agents, the fee is $31 (incl GST) for the first hour, plus $16 for each additional half-hour (or part thereof).

Payment is required by EFT.

Note: Private searchers will require written authority by the owner or agent prior to the strata search being booked.
