Tony Irvine 

DIRECTOR 

Tony has been engaged in the strata industry for the best part of the last 10 years in a variety of roles. He is a Board Member of Strata Community Australia (NSW) - the peak industry body representing strata managers, service providers and owners in the strata industry in NSW.

Prior to moving into the strata industry, Tony spent almost 20 years in corporate and institutional banking at the Commonwealth Bank and Westpac in predominantly client service and relationship management roles. Transitioning into the strata sector was a natural progression for Tony as he was able to bring good corporate governance along with his natural affinity for excellent customer service.

Daniel Barber

LICENSED STRATA MANAGER - CITY

Daniel has over 20 years experience in the real estate and strata management industry. Working with portfolios all over Sydney and concentrating in the Eastern Suburbs and city fringe. Daniel has gained the experienced and scope to deal with all aspects of strata living, Owners Corporations and Strata Committees. 

Daniel has come to us having been in the positions of Systems & Operation Manager, Senior Strata & Company Title Manager as well Team Leader and Office Manager over his time in the industry. He enjoys strata management and takes great efforts to ensure his clients are satisfied. Daniel is managing a dynamic portfolio of residential and commercial buildings.

Christina Lee

LICENSEE IN CHARGE - INNER WEST

Working with portfolios all over Sydney, Chris has the experience to deal with all aspects of strata living, from the largest Owners Corporations to the most complex strata owner committees.

Chris started her career with Australia's largest corporate repairs and maintenance firm and has since built on it becoming an extraordinary strata manager. Along with her experience, Chris has an undergraduate in Property Operations and manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. She enjoys strata management and making sure she exceeds her clients expectations.

Chris’ dedication and strong work ethic are the keys to her outstanding performance within a very competitive industry.

Stephen Hardy

STRATA MANAGER / DIRECTOR - SOUTH

Stephen is a local to the St George and Sutherland Shire having spent all his live in the local area. Stephen brings a long history of relationship management skills and experience to the business. Stephen is a co-owner in Your Local Strata He has a passion for strata management and servicing clients to deliver excellent results.
